Return Coverage

Pay $1.48 for Return Coverage during checkout and you can return or exchange eligible* items for no additional return fees. If you don't add Return Coverage to your order, you can still return or exchange items for a flat fee of $12.95 for bags/accessories or $24.95 for luggage, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that these fees are non-refundable.

*Non-eligible items are gift cards, sample or flash sale items, and any other items marked as final sale.
